About Frank

Passionate about working with Leadership Teams to create clarity, alignment, and execution through “Vision Summary” and “Leadership Team” Workshops.

With 40+ years of hands-on business leadership, I bring deep operational experience together with internationally recognised methodologies to help organisations achieve real, sustainable results.

I’m a certified ISO Auditor, Business Coach, and Leadership Coach who is committed to facilitating, mentoring, and empowering leaders and teams across multiple industries.

My Leadership Journey

11 years as a SuperStore Manager at OK Bazaars, building operational excellence across South Africa.

9 years as Regional Manager for two national Retail/Wholesale buying groups.

5 years owning and managing a SPAR retail outlet, strengthening my entrepreneurial and commercial management foundations.

Headed a successful haircare retail group with 8 outlets. Co-founded Blue Bottle Liquors, helping to shape a major buying group in the liquor industry.

Served in Operations and EXCO leadership roles at TMT and GoMetro, driving innovation in e-Ticketing, AFC solutions, and large-scale bus fleet management.

Beyond the Resume

My work is shaped as much by life experience as business experience:
  • A dedicated caregiver, supporting my wife through a 10-year battle with terminal cancer.
  • A lifelong learner, completing advanced Change Management studies during sabbatical and blending theory with lived leadership experience.
  • A designer of impactful workshops, specialising in strategy execution, organisational change, and team alignment.
  • A performance coach, known for helping clients achieve strategic clarity, operational discipline, and measurable traction.
